  • We ship WORLDWIDE
  • I only received part of my order, is my order split into two packages?
    • Yes, in some cases we split your order into two packages.  Please check your email for tracking information on both packages.  
  • There is no tracking information available for international deliveries.
  • International deliveries typically take 7-14 Business Days (Please be aware that International deliveries may take longer than the estimate upto 3-4 weeks.)
  • Domestic orders typically take 2-5 Business Days. 
  • Tracking Information:
    • Q: My tracking information from USPS is not updating.
      A: USPS does not update the tracking information frequently, sometimes the tracking information is only updated when the package is delivered
    • Q: All I see is "Electronic Shipping Info Received."
      A: This means your order has been processed and shipped out to USPS from our warehouse, your order has been shipped and is en route to be delivered.
  • Size Exchanges: We currently Do Not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Q: My email wasn't answered, what should I do?
    A: Please email us again at support@awkwardanimal.com we receive a high volume of requests and each order needs to be handled individually.  Please be patient with us and simply email us again.
